Machine-Speed Designs
Privacy policy
Effective October 9, 2026
Machine-Speed Designs LLC (“Machine-Speed Designs,” “we”) runs this site, the build class, and RollCage. This explains what we collect and what we do with it. It’s short because we keep the data minimal.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site.
A build class request: whether you’re interested in the build class or a team pack, your name, email, role, company or practice, a LinkedIn or portfolio URL, what you’re trying to build, your current stack, why you’re interested, and your consent to be contacted.
The RollCage launch notice: your name, email, what you want to build first, and your consent to be emailed when RollCage launches. If you ask to be a design partner, also what you design and where, a link to your work, and whether you have a Mac with Apple silicon and your own coding agent.
The contact form: your name, email, and message.
We don’t ask for anything we don’t need.
Why we collect it
To reply to you personally: to review a build class request or a design partner request, to answer a message, or to tell you when RollCage launches. That’s it. We don’t add you to a marketing list, and we don’t profile you.
Who touches it
Each form reaches our inbox by email through Resend, our email provider. If you ask for the launch notice, Resend also sends you a confirmation. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and we use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out of the forms. It checks that you’re human without tracking you across the web. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics; it sets no cookies and collects no personal data.
We don’t sell or share your information with anyone else.
RollCage itself
RollCage runs on your Mac and never receives your source code. It sends us no telemetry, no analytics, and no crash reports. Its update check asks a file we host for the newest version; the request carries the app’s version and your operating system, and nothing that identifies you, and you can turn it off. Your coding agent, GitHub, and Figma stay under your own accounts and their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send while we act on it and for a reasonable follow-up period. Ask us to delete it any time and we will.
Your choices
Email security@machinespeed.design to see, correct, or delete what you’ve shared. The build class request and the launch notice ask for your consent to be contacted and won’t submit without it, since contacting you is the whole point. The contact form doesn’t ask, because you’re writing to us.
Changes
If we update this, we’ll change the date above.
